Are all shirts official?
Yes, 100%. We gained enough experience in determining whether shirts are original or fake, for example by checking the product code. Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of a shirt, feel free to contact us on afsbelgium@gmail.com
In what condition are the shirts?
Most shirts on our site are brand new with tags, which means they have never been used. However, sometimes shirts don't have their tags attached anymore. The condition of the shirt will always be communicated in the product details. If there is any damage on the shirt, this will also be communicated.
What are the shipping costs?
We strive to send your order in max two days after you placed your order. The shipping costs are for the buyer:
- within Belgium: €6,4
- Rest of Europe: €10
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to be happy when you order shirts from us. Therefore, you can return your order when you're not happy with what you received. This must happen within 14 days after you received your order. Please note that return costs are always for the buyer.
Please note that the shirt should be returned in the same condition it was bought. Of course you can try the shirt on, but you can't return tags or damage shirts in any case. We have the right to refuse your return when an item is returned in worse condition.
When we received your return, your money will be refunded within two working days.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept a lot of payment methods to make your shopping experience more comfortable. Some of the accepted payment methods are IDeal, MasterCard, Visa, Bancontact and Paypal. All payment methods will be shown once you're proceeding to check-out with your order.
